Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2015-2016:

The recruitment consists of Mains Exam, Written Test, and Stenography Test. The written exam consists of three parts.  Part-I is Hindi Language and Article, Part-II is General Studies and part-III is Reasoning and Mental Ability Test.

The question paper for the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale-I and Law Officer Scale-I contains the questions from Reasoning for 50 marks, English Language for 25 marks, General Awareness for  50 marks, and Professional Knowledge weight-age is more compare to remaining papers. It includes 75 questions for 75 marks. For the post of IT Officer Scale-I, Agricultural Field Officer Scale-I, HR/Personal Officer Scale-I and Marketing Officer Scale-I, the questions will be from Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge with the same marks as above.

IBPS SO Exam Syllabus 2016:

The Reasoning part of the question paper contains the questions from Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and de-coding, Problem Solving Techniques and arithmetical number series. English Language part includes Synonyms, Antonyms and Sentence Errors.
