Prospects need to have as on 25/02/2015 a Level of Bachelor of Laws of any sort of College incorporated by Regulation in India or a Degree of Bachelor of Laws of Punjab University (undistracted), The Dacca College, The Tribhuwan College, Nepal, The Sind College or of The Rangoon or Mandalay University in Burma, or need to be a Barrister of England or Ireland or member of the Faculty of Proponents of Scotland.The expression “Level of Bachelor of Laws” means a degree entitling a candidate to be registered as an advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and also the regulations made there under.
